Policies

• We request 50% of the total bill of stay as deposit at least a week before arrival. 
• Surrender your keys to the management upon checkout.
• The management will not be liable for any loss or damage to your valuables due to negligence.  Kindly deposit your valuables to the management for safekeeping.
• Pets are not allowed inside the building.  However, we have an outdoor place for your pets which we provide fee of charge. Cleaning and maintaining of the pets' place will be the owner's responsibility.
• Cooking and washing of clothes inside the room is not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.  Smoking inside the rooms is not permitted.
• Please observe silence from 10pm to 6am. Television can be used until 10pm only.
• Check out time is 12nn.  Corresponding rates will be added beyond 12nn.
• Cooking and heating of food inside the room is not allowed.  We have a kitchen that you can use free of charge.
